Hey ADT-- As of October 29th, 2009, the attendance sheet will be available to view online-- so be sure to check up on it and see if there are any errors, etc. We will provide soon, so keep a lookout for that.
Valid Excuses to miss/be late to meeting include (but aren't limited to):
1. Sick. ACTUALLY sick.
2. Class (must show proof)
3. Emergency (family, car accident, etc).
REMEMBER, IF YOU MISS MORE THAN THREE MEETINGS OR RECEIVE 3 STRIKES, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE ON PROBATIONARY STATUS. THAT MEANS YOU CANNOT PICK UP OR TAKE PART IN ACTIVE ACTIVITIES.. Additionally, every member will be required to pick up at least two pieces of trash before they leave meeting! So be sure to have two pieces of trash when you exit because there will be an ADT brother checking your trash.
So be sure to behave yourself during meetings, attend meetings promptly, have a legit reason if you're going to have to miss meeting, and pick up your trash before meeting!

For those that have already signed up for the Food Safety Training Course,
**please note that for the tues nov 10th fundraiser is meant for those who cannot do wednesday's due to class. Please do NOT sign up for this if you can work wednesday's.
do not panic- we will have more food fundraisers later on, we are just putting these on first.
